JCLI Agreement for Landscape
Works (February 2002 revision of 1998 Edition)
The JCLI Agreement for Landscape Works has been withdrawn because it
conflicts with the revised CDM Regulation 2007.
JCLI Practice Note No 6 (April 2007) which is available to download
below, advises on the interim use of the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2005
(with its Amendment 1 of April 2007) for landscape construction projects. It is intended that a new Edition of the JCLI
Agreement for Landscape Works will be available by the autumn of 2007.

Maintenance Works (February 2002 revision of 1998 Edition)
An Agreement and Conditions of Contract for Landscape Maintenance Works
which is appropriate for all types of landscape maintenance projects of any
value. It includes considerable flexibility and is appropriate as a
back-to-back contract with a landscape construction contract. JCLI Practice Note No. 7 (April 2007) is
issued with it.
